IPS Property Management is a small personal business located in the north of Kefalonia near the picturesque harbour of Fiskardo.  We specialise in looking after holiday homes.  Our main aim is to give our owners a  -  ‘stress free experience of owning their dream holiday home’.  Owning a home overseas is something many people aspire to, whether as a business to rent to tourists or as a private holiday home.  Alfresco dining, swimming in your own pool at the same time as being immersed in a rich and foreign culture is very real and very attainable.  The reality of owning an property however can be very different, the house needs cleaning, the garden is over grown, the pool is green, there is lots of Greek bureaucracy, etc., etc.,  This is where we step in and help.

IPS Property Management offers a wide range of services that can be tailored to each owner and their house.  The services are designed to remove all the negatives of owning a property and allow the owner and their guests to enjoy their holiday.  We try to operate in the background so you are not disturbed but are always on call to help when needed.

We have a dedicated team of professionals who work throughout the year with the express purpose of fulfilling the needs of our owners.  Where we lack in expertise we have the healthy support of the local trades.

Established in 2008.  Richard Wagstaffe, co-founder of the business have been settled in Kefalonia since 2005.  Richards background is in boat building and the charter yacht industry.  These careers have given him a very good grounding for Property Management and the tourist industry.  Being good with his hands and solving problems to looking after tourists have all been instrumental in developing his unique take on tourism in Kefalonia.

The IPS team has grown since 2008 when it was just Richard and Jamie doing all the work.  We now have a dedicated House Manager, Head of House Keeping and Head Gardener all of whom have the support of others within the business.  We are a happy, close team who will go as far as possible to look after our owners and guests.
